Daft Punk !

So if you have ever listen to electronic music at all , I sure you have heard of Daft Punk. A little insight about the duo, the member are Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter and their French what more needs to be said. Now if you have ever hear this song this is Thomas Bangalter, OK so the guy is talented right? Well every great DJ samples music so here (funny fake ideas) is where they got some of their sampling ideas. Then after their huge success with Stronger, Kayne West ripped the song off and here and here is how he did it. So in the end everyone sample but in my opinion I feel that Daft Punk did a much better job a sampling the orginal song.

So check out motors either here or at Motorz.com , it is an automotive enthusiast show hosted by Chris Duke. The installs that they tackle are bolt on's but they did do an excellence job of editing the show. I would recommend check it out or perhaps to kill some time.

Automation

After a discussion with a friend about automation of utility services and speaking to a machine rather than a live human. I will give you an example of what happens when you call a local service provider.

Machine: Hello , in just a few words please describe what you are calling for?
Me: Billing
Machine: I'm sorry I didn't understand that could you please repeat what you are calling for?
Me: Bill-ing
Machine: Did you say SERVICE?
Me: NO !
Machine: I'm sorry did you say SERVICE?
Me: No ! ( followed by a few select words about this service)
Machine: If you need to make a payment please visit our website at www.ShittyUtility.com
Me: Operator
Machine: Did you say service?
Me: (Hang up)
