Nothing new to report here in Aukamp-land. It appears to be sunny and they are calling( real weather anchor) for thunderstorms go figure. In other news GM(Government Motors) received a ruling by a federal judge , access 33.3 Billion Dollars moving the bankruptcy forward for GM. For their sake I hope that they are able to turn things around to keep the heartbeat of America alive and provide jobs to starving American workers.
I would like to say that Michael Jackson will be missed for his music. 1958-2009
Cheers

Well it have been a whole year since the last rant, so on with show. Last night I helped a buddy replace his A/C system in his 1995 Buick Le Saber (what a name for a car) they should have grandma a$$ boat that handle like a land yacht. Regardless some of have no choice when we are poor college students. Anyway tacking the A/C system proved to be a 5 1/2 hour job with the breaks we took and some specialty tool that we needed to use, but in the end with only 18oz of R-134a I managed to get the 60 degree air we needed out of the system. ( the owner was happy lets hope it stays this way for a while :)
Part 2 of last night involved a call from another friend that need to diagnose a problem on an unknown automobile well here is what I do know about the situation:
1. The car is located in a Shitty part of town even worse when the sun goes down.
2. The car is leaking fluid that smells like popcorn ( power steering fluid).
3. Car is auto not manual gearbox
So after a few we minutes we were able to diagnose the problem to the power steering pump. and he was on his way.
Well until next time send me your questions and I will try to point you in the right direction.
Cheers,
Chris
